Terms of Service

By installing HubSpot Jobber Sync (the App) from the HubSpot or Jobber marketplaces, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install the App.

The App provides two-way synchronization between your HubSpot CRM and your Jobber field-service account. It mirrors Contacts ↔ Clients, creates Jobber Requests from HubSpot form submissions, and reflects Jobber's Quote / Job / Invoice lifecycle on the matching HubSpot Deal.

You must have active HubSpot and Jobber accounts in good standing and the administrative rights to install third-party apps on both. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you authorize the App to access and modify.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the App;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App's data or output;
• Use the App in violation of HubSpot's or Jobber's Terms of Service;
• Use the App to process data you do not have the right to process.

The App is currently provided free of charge during early access. We may introduce paid tiers in the future; existing installations will be notified at least 30 days before any pricing change takes effect, and continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

Use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uptime, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active installations of material changes.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crosstown Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the App.

You may uninstall the App at any time via your HubSpot or Jobber account settings. We may terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
